Green    The university does not consist of multiple buildings with a large carbon footprint but classroom facilities conveniently located adjacent to public transportation and parking facilities.  Classes are offered in the evenings and on weekends when traffic flow is lighter and there is less congestion.  There are no athletic facilities or student centers required for undergraduates but infrequently used by graduate students.

 Lean    The university has adopted the lastest student service and library technology to help achieve maximal student services without the need for excess staff members  We have automated our internal processes to more efficiently serve both students and staff.  Our faculty-to-student and faculty-to-staff ratios are among the best in higher education.

 Focused    The university offers a limited number of graduate curricula that are in high demand by students – and employers.  We have no classes of 40 to make up for classes of three as is too often the case in other universities. Our faculty members are educators with both graduate degrees and with real-world experience in the areas they teach.
