Kathryn A. Teachout, Esquire serves as the Human Resource Director and Deputy General Counsel for University of North America. Kathryn has practiced law for over seven years and has advised both domestic and international business clients on a variety of transactional and human resource matters.

Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Arts from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, where she was a member of Phi Kappa Phi and the Garnet and Gold Honorary Societies. Kathryn received her Juris Doctor from New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. Kathryn has been a member in good standing with the Virginia State Bar since October of 2001.
