Joyce Laing

Management Joyce Laing has over twenty-five years of experience in program management and assessment in government and industry and in higher education. Her focus in higher education has been in teaching, training, and advising adults in both general education and business and technology programs. She has served as a program Dean and as a program coordinator inregional universities. Outside of education she has served as the Evaluator-in-Charge for the General Accounting Office, as an evaluator for the Federal Trade Commission, and as a trainer for the National Electrical Benefit Fund.
