In accordance with the provisions of Title 23, Chapter
21.1 of the Code of Virginia and applicable regulations of the State Council of
Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV) the University of North America has been
granted the mandatory "Certificate to Operate an Institution of
Postsecondary Education";
authorizing the University of North America to offer degrees, courses
for degree credit, or programs of study leading to a degree, certificate or
diploma in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
